see more ultrasounds
The first trimester was pretty uneventful--a little fatigue, but no morning sickness.  So here we are, four ultrasounds and a cervical cerclage later, at a milestone week 24.
The first ultrasound was taken at 9 weeks and resulted in a change in our due date from March 23 to April 5, 2003.  Something about the fertilized egg taking a while to land.

By the 16th week, it was time for my second ultrasound....  look it's a boy!  Of course since then, I've been on medical leave following a prescription of bed rest.

The next pictures were only a few weeks later, taken at the perinatologist consultation in Portland. This level 2 ultrasound was a follow up to the cerclage.

Six weeks later, we went back for more pictures and measurements. So far, things look good.
